satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either replacement or a full refund.\u00a0 Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policies.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.\u00a0 All returned items must be in new and unused condition and must be packaged in a way to prevent damage during shipping.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>RETURN PROCESS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>To return an item, please contact us for an RMA#.\u00a0 Then\u00a0 place it securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.\u00a0 Mark the RMA# on both the receipt and the outside of the original method of payment.\u00a0 Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return.\u00a0 Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card
