However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either replacement or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policies. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and must be packaged in a way to prevent damage during shipping. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please contact us for an RMA#. Then place it securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
