RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from H&H Workshop. We hope that you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either replacement or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policies.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and must be packaged in a way to prevent damage during shipping.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us for an RMA#. Then place it securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. Mark the RMA# on both the receipt and the outside of the packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
REFUNDS
After your returned item is received and its condition inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
RESTRICTIONS
Personalized or digital items cannot be returned. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange of defective or damaged products that are ineligible for return.
